Team Tipton’s Get GOOD at Change public workshops are designed for individual leaders and managers responsible for developing and executing strategy and change in their organizations.
Workshops take place in a group setting, with a diverse attendee base of change agents, culture builders, “conscious” leaders and aspiring leaders from a variety of industry sectors and government institutions. Attendees have the opportunity to roll up their sleeves and dig into real work together to gain insights, ideas, and solutions to their organization’s specific needs.

Team Tipton’s Get GOOD and Change onsite workshops for organizations are designed with a company, department, or division in mind.
All employees, regardless of hierarchical level, can be invited to attend the workshop together – albeit they are connected and belong to the same group wrestling with the change at hand. Depending on group size or attendee availability, we can also work with you to select team members most likely impact the areas of change your organization wants to address through the workshop.
